Red Cabbage and Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients:
- 2 baby back rib racks
- 1 small red cabbage chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice

Directions:
Preheat the oven to broil.  Place the baby back ribs into the oven to broil for 5-10 minutes or until browned.  In a large pot, bring to a boil the cabbage, apple juice, salt and pepper.  Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the pot and place the browned baby back ribs into the pot.  Cook for 2-2.5 hours.  Serve immediately.
