Ingredients:
- 2 baby back rib racks
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ground peppercorn
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp molasses
Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Allow the baby back ribsto come to room temperature prior to grilling. Meanwhile mix together the ketchup, Tabasco sauce, garlic, peppercorn, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, vinegar, and molasses. Rub both baby back ribs with the hot mixture and place them onto the grill for 40-50 minutes. Reapply the hot sauce after flipping the baby back ribs. Serve immediately with cold milk and napkins!
