Ingredients:
- 2 baby back rib racks
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp ground peppercorn
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Allow the baby back ribs to come to room temperature prior to grilling. Meanwhile mix together the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar, ground pepper and salt. Rub both baby back ribs with the ginger mixture and place them onto the grill for 40-50 minutes. Reapply the ginger sauce after flipping the baby back ribs. Serve immediately.
