- 2 <strong>baby back rib</strong> racks<br />
- 2 cups bread crumbs<br />
- 4 tbsp butter<br />
- 1 tsp salt<br />

<p><strong>Directions:</strong><br />
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.  Form the <strong>baby back ribs</strong> into crowns and secure them with skewers. Combine the bread crumbs. butter, salt, pepper, onion, parsley and celery in a mixing bowl.  Place the stuffing into the center of the <strong>baby back rib</strong> crown and place them into the oven for 1 &#8211; 1.5 hours.  Add some water to the mixture and continue to bake for another 1.5 &#8211; 2 hours.</p>
