Ingredients:
- 2 baby back rib racks
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ground peppercorn
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 cup applesauce
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the baby back ribs, onion, garlic and peppercorn and simmer for 35-50 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the curry powder and applesauce. Rub both baby back ribs with the curry mixture and place onto grill for 40-50 minutes, reapplying the curry sauce with each turn. Serve immediately with baked beans.
