Ingredients:
- 2 baby back rib racks
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Form the baby back ribs into crowns and secure them with skewers. Combine the bread crumbs. butter, salt, pepper, onion, parsley and celery in a mixing bowl. Place the stuffing into the center of the baby back rib crown and place them into the oven for 1 – 1.5 hours. Add some water to the mixture and continue to bake for another 1.5 – 2 hours.
